Tasting Notes There have been some limoncello shortages over the last few years, and as fans of it, we decided to start working on creating our own. This has been a long process that's included tasting dozens and dozens of limoncellos and limoncinos (a hard job, we're sure you can agree). But the result is a Harvey Nichols Limoncello which is the tastiest there is, if we do say so ourselves. Our Limoncello transports you to the picturesque lemon groves of the Amalfi Coast. We use the peels of sun-ripened Italian lemons which are left to steep in a neutral spirit for a minimum of seven days before being combined with just sugar and water. The ingredients are then left to marry together for as long as possible, with filtration happening right before bottling for maximum depth of flavour. The result is a Limoncello that's both refreshing and indulgent and sees its initial burst of citrusy brightness balanced by a sweetness that dances on the palate. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif, a cocktail base, or a delightful digestif, our Limoncello promises the taste of summer that lingers long after the last sip.
